Our 10 Step Process
Step 1. Fill Out Our Form
To get started, fill out the form on our Contact Us page. From here we’ll be able to get to know about you and your project. Feel free to attach pictures, measurements, or any other information that we should know about.
Step 2. Phone Consultation
After you fill out the form, we will get back to you within 24 hours to talk more in depth about your project’s scope. During this time we will also go over your needs for your project, budget, and timeline.
Step 3. On Site Consultation And Design Phase
After you fill out the form, we will get back to you within 24 hours to talk more in depth about your project’s scope. During this time we will also go over your needs for your project, budget, and timeline.
Step 4. Sign The Contract
Once we have decided on every aspect of your project, together will will sign the contract. This is also where we will collect the project’s deposit, which is 50% of the final cost of your fireplace.
Step 5. Schedule Project Start
After we sign the contract and collect the initial deposit, we will schedule the perfect time to come and work on your fireplace or fire pit.
Step 6. Pre Job Walkthrough
Before we officially start the project, we will walk through the site with you and make sure that you know exactly what we will be doing while we are working in your home.
Step 7. We Get To Work
This is where the magic happens. We will get to work in transforming your fireplace or fire pit so that you can get to enjoying it as soon as possible.
Step 8. Post-Job Walkthrough
Once we finish the installation of your gas fire feature, we will do a final walkthrough with you to make sure you are more than satisfied with the final product. This is also where we will show you how to use it, and answer any questions you may have about your upgraded feature.
Step 9. Labor And Manufacturer Warranty
In addition to the manufacturer warranty, you will benefit from our 1- year labor warranty on craftsmanship. If something happens to your fire feature that is within our control, we will come out and fix it for you, free of charge.
Step 10. Follow Up
Right before the expiration of your warranty, we will reach out to get you on schedule for our yearly maintenance services, so that you can continue to be stress free about your fire feature.
