I needed a gas line put in for my grill. Motown Fire was recommended by the grill salesman. I could not be happier with the service I received. They came out for a quick consultation to make sure the project was feasible. Then they were very flexible in making an appointment to come out and install the gas line. The work was done quickly and efficiently. It was much appreciated. I highly recommend them.

The service and staff are amazing!! Our fireplace kept shutting off after a few minutes and it was difficult to find a company to come out for service. Motown came out (in a very reasonable time) talked us through the issue and proceeded to resolve the complicated issue (the FP is only a couple years old) We run it every night all year around (our pet loves it and won’t stop talking until it’s on). From pricing, professionalism, knowledge, explanation, care and putting their clients first, this company deserves more than 5 stars!! Thank you and we look forward to maintaining our FP with you!!

I had a set of traditional gas logs and was considering changing my system to either a direct vent or a ventless system. I went to Motown Fire and was greeted by Steve. He was so pleasant and took the time to explain to me how each system worked, including the pros and cons of each. He spent over an hour with me, which totally surprised me! To this day, I think about that amazing customer service...to take that much time with a customer to educate them and answer their questions...it is unheard of in this day and age! I walked out of there knowing that Motown Fire was the place for me! And although I have not yet decided which route I will take, I am confident that when I do, the installation process will be the same...excellent!
